Refund Policy

Sorry, Madame Luxe is not offering refunds or accepting exchanges at this time.

 

 

While we understand any frustration that may come with this policy, it is to help ensure the safety of both the customers and staff as we aid in the efforts to stop the spread of COVID.

 

 

Exception:  Madame Luxe takes pride in selling quality items however mishaps do happen. If the item is indeed damaged on our end please provide photo proof via email shopmadameluxe@gmail.com within 3 days of received item and we will proceed with the necessary refund. The item must be in unused and same condition as when you received It. Items can not be washed, worn or altered in any way. In the case that we have accepted return via email correspondence, we will issue a return label to your associated email address with your order. Once we receive the parcel and make sure it's indeed damaged on our part what you ordered you'll be refunded in full.
